After you do your own planning, we check that you have taken care of all the details and fill in where needed.

How can we work together?

Once we have emailed you with your details and the event you want, we will contact you as soon as possible to make our collaboration happen.

Do you need physical contact in preparation?

We make sure we don’t have a physical presence, as our clients live in other areas.

In what ways do I ensure that your options meet my wishes?

We ask you to describe in great detail what you want to ensure, after we prepare it in every possible way (photos, descriptions, etc.) that the result is what I imagine.

Will I pay the associates directly or is their fee included in your services?

The method of payment depends on the agreement between us. Our obligation is to include in the general invoice the costs associated with the services we undertake for you.

How do I pay your fees?

By bank transfer or direct transfer to the company’s IBAN or IRIS. It is then issued by the viewing service provider.

Is your fee paid in advance?

The advance payment for the organization & design service is 30% of the total fee. This does not include the partners’ fee. The partners’ fee is paid according to their own costs as outlined in the pre-production agreement.

Do I just need full service?

No, we tailor our services to your needs.

We are hired to coordinate the wedding day. We execute your plan.

After you do your own planning, check that you take care of all the details and fill in where needed.

Do you need wedding rehearsals?

Usually no. Our philosophy is to put little to no burden on the people who trust us to free up their time. Destination weddings and events are scheduled to take place on-site with a tour guide.

How will you plan my wedding or event?

We start by writing down every detail of your wishes as well as your expense limit.

We then plan the steps, make suggestions and cost estimates.

Finally, we discuss the plan and refine it as needed.

Once we agree, we sign a private project contract and get started.

Why do you have a wide variety of styles?

It’s our job to make your fantasies come true! We have the knowledge and skills necessary to give shape to the dream and we love to make it happen!

What are “side projects”?

We propose activities that take place in the destination to get to know the area and have fun every moment of their stay.

Do you take care of the children’s activities?

Of course! Children have fun differently than adults. We work with trusted professionals who specialize in childcare and planning age-appropriate activities.
